Softpedia says it isn’t, which is usually good. However, note that the Trial version won’t actually fix anything – it just tells you that stuff can be fixed.
Quick suggestion (take it or leave it): Try HijackThis. It’s more complicated, but it helps you remove all the cruft that inevitably ends up starting up with your computer. Running it correctly should see your PC performance improve perhaps tenfold, but be sure to read the manual. It’s free too!
